Kim thanks Ige in campaign ad

Mayor Harry Kim thanks Gov. David Ige for his response to the Kilauea eruption in a campaign advertisement.

“And I’ve said, ‘Thank you, governor,’ because he came through,” Kim says in the 30 second video. “He came through.”

The campaign ad will begin airing on television today, said Ige’s campaign. It was posted on the campaign’s YouTube channel Friday.
