One ballot per person. A minimum of 35 categories must be completed to qualify. RULES: This is a voluntary reader’s poll. No purchase necessary to participate. You must be 18 years of age to enter. Voter must give his/her valid name, address, and contact information. Illegible or misspelled votes may not be recognized or counted. You must include a company or place of business if you are voting for a person or individual. One ballot will be selected at random from all eligible ballots received to win a Vacations Hawaii voucher for travel to and from Las Vegas from Honolulu (airfare between Hawaii island and Oahu is not included). Employees (and their immediate families) of Hawaii Tribune-Herald and Oahu Publications, Inc. are not eligible to win. Prize non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
