Your Notice of Completion will publish in Hawaii Tribune-Herald approximately two to three days after submission of this form. The second publication will be exactly one week after the first publication.

After the second publication, an affidavit will be completed and notarized by Hawaii Tribune-Herald.

The affidavit will be forwarded to the Circuit Court in Hilo for filing (or recording).

Once Circuit Court filing is completed, the affidavit is returned to Hawaii Tribune-Herald.

Hawaii Tribune-Herald will forward the affidavit to the name and address as indicated on the face of this form.

Total processing time is approximately one (1) month.
