Libraries to close on Good Friday
All of the state’s public libraries will be closed Friday in observance of the Good Friday holiday, and Sunday for Easter. Twenty-four public libraries will be open Saturday, including Hilo, Kailua-Kona, Kealakekua and Thelma Parker.
On Friday, all library services, including the Hawaii State Public Library System website, will be unavailable because of an upgrade to its Internet access. This upgrade will increase the Internet speed of the system’s nearly 800 public computers.
Visit www.librarieshawaii.org or call your local library for public service hours.
