‘Medicine for the Mind’ set for Sunday
Experience the teachings of Buddha and practice meditation from 4-5:45 p.m. Sunday at the Volcano Art Center Niaulani Campus in Volcano Village.
“In our series on ‘Karma, Part III,’ we are looking at the fascinating teachings on how to create happiness and live a meaningful life, and how vitally important it is to understand the law of karma to gain mastery of our destiny,” said instructor Patty Johnson.
The class is free and everyone is welcome, including beginning and experienced meditaters — Buddhists and non-Buddhists.
Please dress warmly, and bring a cushion to sit on.
Class begins promptly at 4 p.m. Sunday.
Call 985-7470 for more information about the event or the VAC.
