Meditatation class is scheduled
Want to know how to meditate? Tried to meditate for years without real results?
Come to a class from 4-5:45 p.m. Sunday at the Volcano Art Center Niaulani Campus and learn about authentic Buddhist meditation.
“Learn real tools for living a more peaceful lifestyle, having a happier mind, and becoming a better person in this special class, open to beginners as well as seasoned meditators, Buddhists and non-Buddhists,” said instructor Patty Johnson.
The class is free and everyone is welcome. Dress warmly and bring a cushion if you like to sit on the floor.
Chairs also will be provided. Class begins promptly.
