Salvation Army summer camp opportunities
Once again, the Salvation Army in Hilo will send about 30 area youths to Oahu’s Camp Homelani.
The camp program is open to youths ages 7-17, and includes a daily schedule of exciting activities centered around a program of spiritual development.
In addition to traditional camping activities offered in this Christian environment, campers can participate in an music enrichment program. Other youths can work toward earning Salvation Army achievement badges in several areas.
If you would like to send someone on this camping experience, contact Brett Henderson at the Salvation Army Hilo Temple Corp. as soon as possible at 935-1277.
Slots are limited and camp starts June 13.
