An unknown man with a flashlight was seen on surveillance video Nov. 28 sometime after 4 a.m. He was wearing a ball cap, jacket, shorts and a backpack.
Anyone with the alleged thief’s identity or the whereabouts of the ATV is asked to call the police nonemergency number at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
