Home staging group honors Ululani Poepoe
A Hilo woman, Ululani Poepoe, owner of UP Staging &Design LLC and a member of the Real Estate Staging Association, the trade association for professional real estate stagers and re-designers, was named as one of the Top 10 Rising Star Professional Stager of the Year for North America. Poepoe will go on to compete for the overall title of RESA’s Rising Star Professional Stager of the Year.
Poepoe has been a professional real estate stager since 2013 and services the Hilo, Puna and Volcano areas.
“In support of our ever-growing industry, we are pleased to announce that the Real Estate Staging Association is recognizing leaders within the staging industry for their outstanding contributions,” said Shell Brodnax, head of the association.
“It’s such an honor to be recognized amongst our industry peers and be voted as Top 10 across the U.S. and Canada by them. My company is still in its infancy, formed only in 2013, so being awarded this prestigious award is very exciting and humbling at the same time. It also provides us an opportunity to gain greater insight in the staging industry and apply what we learn while servicing our clients,” said Poepoe.
“We would like to thank everyone for their participation in the awards process; without the support of our membership we would not be able to recognize so many well-deserving professionals in our industry. All of the finalists in all categories may be viewed at www.HomeStagingIndustryAwards.com. All of the winners will be announced at the annual Home Staging Industry Awards convention and banquet Jan. 29 at the Treasure Island Hotel in Las Vegas,” said Brodnax.
