Police are looking for a missing 17-year-old Pepeekeo girl.
Shaniyah Das-Lauro was last seen June 6 in Hilo. She’s described as Hawaiian, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, 105 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
This is the second time Das-Lauro has been reported missing this year. A police news release Feb. 17 stated she had been missing since Feb. 17. An update on March 11 advised the public she was found March 2.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity can call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
