Police are seeking the public’s help with identifying a person whose image was captured on a surveillance camera in connection with a motor vehicle theft in Hilo.
At about 10:50 p.m. Jan. 10, the victim awoke to the sound of his pickup truck starting and being driven off the property by an unknown person or people, police said.
