Bernice “B.B.” Pilialoha Kaupu, 62, of Keaukaha, Hilo, died Nov. 8 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Hilo, she was a housewife. Visitation 4-5 p.m. Saturday (Dec. 2) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service at 5 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire. Glenna Kirkland Sundberg, 82, of Keauhou, died Nov. 12 at Life Care Center of Kona. Born in Anderson, S.C., she was a retired secretary for AAMCO Transmissions and former sales associate for JC Penney in Pennsylvania. Private services. Survived by daughter, Janet (Kenneth) Taylor of Oaks, Pa.; son, Kirkland (Hita) Sundberg of Kailua-Kona; sister, Jean (Howard) Carroll of Manchester, Tenn.; four grandchildren and a great-grandson; nieces and nephews.
