William “Bill” Edmund Foe, 77, of Kailua-Kona died Nov. 1 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Mount Clemens, Mich., he was a retired heavy equipment operator. Private service held. Gil Apolinario Unilongo, 60, of Hilo died Oct. 14 at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Honolulu. Born in Taboc, Libertad, Antique, the Philippines, he was the proprietor for Marcy’s Variety Store in Hilo and member of New Hope Church in Hilo. Visitiation 5-9 p.m. Monday (Nov. 13) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Wake service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation again from 8-10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Casual attire; flowers welcomed. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park Ilima Section. Survived by wife, Marcy Unilongo of Hilo; son, Marvin Gil P. Unilongo of Hilo; daughter, Vanessa P.
