Born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he was a retired steward for the Hyatt Regency/Hilton Waikoloa Village and member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa. All-night vigil starts 6 p.m. Friday (Nov. 3) at family home, 45-3687 Olopua Place, Honokaa. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 4) at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Charles “Chucky” Patrick Rosa, 59, of Hilo died Oct. 4 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, he was a security guard for Hilo High School, ranch hand for Rocking H Ranch, supervisor for American Fence Co., and member of Hawaiian Iron Motorcycle Club and Hawaii Army National Guard.
