    Teofilo Bueno Jimenez, 94, of Paauilo died Monday at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Lapog, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he was a retired cultivation tractor operator at the Hamakua Mill Company. He was a member of the Paauilo Senior Citizens Club and the International Longshoreman and Warehouse Union Pension Club. Friends may call at 9 a.m. Sept. 29 at St. Columba Episcopal Church in Paauilo for a 10 a.m. Mass; burial will follow at St. Columba Cemetery. Casual attire; flowers OK.     Ernest "Uncle Ernie" "Maka'i" M. Almeida, 87, of Hilo, formerly of Poipu, Kauai, died Aug. 25 at the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born in Koloa, Kauai, he was a retired sergeant and district commander for the Kauai Police Department and retired from the Hyatt Regency Kauai. He also served in the U.S. Army as a sergeant during World War II and was a member of the ILWU. Private services.
