Born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, the Philippines, he was a retired cane truck driver for the former Puna Sugar Co. and member of Keaau Heights Kumiai and St. Joseph Catholic Church.     Takemori “Sonny” Ishiki, 87, of Kukuihaele died Aug. 5 at Hale Ho‘ola Hamakua in Honokaa. Born in Kukuihaele, he was a retired supervisor for the former Hamakua Sugar Co., member of Honokaa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple and former member of Hamakua Seniors softball team. Services held.
