    Roy Takenori Chikuami, 99, of Hilo, died April 13 at the Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired owner of the former Tiny Town, member of Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin and avid gardener. Services held. No flowers or koden (monetary gifts). Preceded in death by son, Allan Chikuami. Survived by wife, Fujie Chikuami of Hilo; son, Roger Chikuami of Arcadia, Calif.; daughter, Karen Chikuami (Dale Tangeman) of Issaquah, Wash.; daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Chikuami of Pasadena, Calif.; brother-in-law, Eiji (Sadame) Sato of Woodland Hills, Calif.; sisters-in-law, Hideko Shigematsu of Honokaa and Eiko Hokama of Hilo; three grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.     Herminigildo “Herman” “Undong” “Papa” Almazan, 89, of Keaau died March 26 at home. Born in 8 1/2-Mile Camp in Keaau, he was a retired harvesting crane and tractor operator for the former Puna Sugar Co. and shoreline fisherman.
