    Kenneth Joseph Kagawa, 76, of Hilo, formerly of Lahaina, Maui, died Nov. 12 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Lihue, Kauai, he was a retired teacher for Lahainaluna High School on Maui, retired president and treasurer for Lahaina Federal Credit Union and member of Lahaina Kamaaina Fishing Club, Hawaii State Teachers Association and Retired Teachers Association. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Sunday (Dec. 17) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire. No flowers or koden (monetary gifts).     Joseph “Joe” P. Bautista, 75, of Hilo died Nov. 10 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired county Parks and Recreation worker at Honomu and Papaikou gyms, U.S. Army veteran, officiated Big Island Interscholastic Federation basketball, coached Hilo High School football and coached several age-group sports.     Richard Arthur Ainsworth, 72, of Waikoloa died Nov. 22 at home. Born in Chicago, he was a management specialist working in developing countries on public health and population planning and management. A portion of his ashes will be scattered in the ocean off the Big Island and a portion interred at Hawaiian Memorial Park on Oahu, where his son, Christopher, is buried. No flowers.
