HULA HULA BON 

Where: Puna Hongwanji Mission

Details: Bring towel (tenugui), fan (uchiwa) and bachi (sticks). Class meets first and third Mondays (upcoming: March 18; April 1, 15; May 6, 20). After that, class meets every Monday in June and on July 1, in preparation for July 5-6 Puna Hongwanji bon dance. Open to public; free.

BEGINNER’S YOGA WITH ROB KENNEDY

Details: Beginner’s Yoga With Rob Kennedy. A gentle, comprehensive yoga practice suited to all levels of experience but aimed specifically at beginners or people resuming their practice after an injury or interruption. Details: The American Association of University Women Hilo Branch is offering this scholarship application writing skills workshop which is open to all students and has general application for any scholarship.
