ORCHIDS OF MACHU PICCHU

Details: Pauline Brault, past president of Hilo Orchid Society, the Orchid Society of California and vice president of four Bay Area societies, and Jurahame Leyva (HOS member and author) will present slides on orchids of Machu Picchu, Lima and Cusco, Peru, and discuss how to grow them here on the Big Island.

Details: See Shinji Salmoraghi’s recent work in weddings, portraiture and fine art photos, and David Dow’s photos of sea birds on Midway Island. Dow’s award-winning photos will be in a club exhibit at Hilo Medical Center.
