Details: Meet other caregivers, learn tips from each other, become aware of helpful community services that are available to help balance your stressful schedule. Enjoy foot soaks/massage; chair and table back massages. Relax with taichi, games, prizes, lots of laughter. Adult care provided. $10 fee, with scholarships available.
