DIABETES & KIDNEY DISEASE FAIR

Details: Free health fair featuring screenings and exit consultation. Screenings include: cholesterol/glucose, urinalysis, BMI, blood pressure, foot checks, stroke risk assessment and vision. For all 18 years and older. Fasting is optional but recommended for more accurate test results (eight-hour minimum).
