‘Breathe’ workshop on June 29
Kokolulu Farm and Blue Sky retreat in Hawi will host shakuhachi flutist Grand Master Riley Lee back to Hawaii Island via a workshop, “Breathe,” on Saturday, June 29, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the North Kohala facility.

The price of the workshop is $35 and enrollment is limited.
Breathing is the most important, most potent activity that we do while we live. It is the activity most central to our health and wellbeing.
“Breathing is inextricably connected to our emotional state of being,” said center spokesman Lew Whitney. “Improving our breathing habits can only lead to improving the quality of our emotional and physical wellbeing.”
