Celebrate Halloween at Papaikou Community Center

A free Halloween party for the community will be held at the Papaikou Community Center next to Papaikou Gym today from 3-7 p.m.

A costume contest will be at 5 p.m. and all ages are invited to enter.

Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. There will be prizes, face painting, games, crafts, food and more.

For more info, call 964-3304. This event is co-sponsored by the Rural South Hilo Community Association and the county Department of Parks and Recreation.
