Glad Tidings Church Christmas drama set
Glad Tidings Church of Hilo will celebrate the Christmas season with its annual drama presentation entitled “Believe.”
It is based upon the lives of three different families with separate yet similar struggles, each with the need to belong.
“Filled with song and dance from the various church ministries, you will laugh and cry as you witness the story of ‘A Troubled Youth,’ ‘A Divorcee’ and the story of ‘The Orphans,’” said church spokesman Roddy Rodrigues. “The Christmas season reminds us that Jesus Christ came to earth to reconcile those who believe in him.”
The drama is slated for Wednesday, Dec. 19, and Friday, Dec. 21, at 6:30 p.m., with presentations again on Sunday, Dec. 23, at 8 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Glad Tidings Church is at 113 Kuawa St. in Hilo. For more information, please call the church office at 961-0616 or visit www.gladtidingshilo.org.
