Kahakai group to hold bazaar
The Kahakai Neighborhood Organized Watch known as KNOW is hosting a series of street bazaar fundraisers.
The next one will be held at the Maikoiko Street Park in Hawaiian Shores from 7 a.m.-12 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9. Anyone interested is invited to set up and sell their wares. There are 10 covered spots and a huge fenced open field area for vendor set up.
Participation is free but vendors are encouraged to donate a portion of their proceeds to the Neighborhood Watch.
To reserve a covered space or for more information on this opportunity, email Suzan, the Kawakawa Street Block captain, at email@example.com.
All proceeds will be used to support KNOW activities for all the communities served by Kahakai Boulevard. KNOW’s first priorities include street signage, the recruitment of Block Captains, and getting the word out about this Neighborhood Watch.
