North Hawaii Hospice offers training course
North Hawaii Hospice is offering a volunteer training on Sept. 17, 19, 24 and 26. The training will be held from 4-8 p.m. in Waimea. Attendance at all four sessions is mandatory to become a certified hospice volunteer.
Dinnerswill be provided with a potluck on the last night.
The training provides an overview of services North Hawaii Hospice provides, including patient care, bereavement, and volunteer services.
