<p>HOLLYN JOHNSON/Tribune-Herald</p><p>Co-owner Pete Lebold directs Tyson Oliveira on how to fill the water tank with ice while setting up Nevaeh’s Southern BBQ tent for the Hilo Bay BBQ Cook-off. Lebold owns the recently owned Pahoa area restaurant with Joe Aquino. The cook-off began Wednesday at noon with a chili contest and continues today.</p>
