Sign up now for adult classes

The Waipahu Community School for Adults Hilo Campus, formerly the Hilo Community School for Adults, is registering students for its Fall Term II from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday, Oct. 1-12. The office is located at Waiakea High School in portable 27.

Classes begin on Oct. 23 and end on Dec. 6. Classes include adult basic-education English and math; the Competency Based High School Diploma course, General Educational Development (GED); English as a Second Language, as well as civics, hula, sign language, computer, Hawaiian language and yoga.

Most classes are held at Waiakea High School from 6-8:30 p.m. For more information, please call 974-4100.
