Theater classes offered for keiki
Aloha Performing Arts Company continues its education program this fall, with Jerry Tracy offering his Tuesday Trouper performance skills class for keiki ages 8-12 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays now through Sept. 24.
Robin Noyes will be teaching her Keiki Theatre Class for ages 4-7 on Mondays, Sept. 9, 16, 23 and 30. She will also have a four-class session on Mondays in October and November. Felicity Johnson’s Intergenerational Acting Class for all ages continues on Thursdays from 2 to 4 p.m. These classes will all be held at the Aloha Theatre in Kainaliu, and the base rate is $10 per class.
Aloha Teen Theatre meets with new advisor Roxanne Fox every Friday from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at APAC’s alternate rehearsal site, the Loft, across the street from the theater and south a half a block. ATT offers educational and performance opportunities, as well as fundraising activities to support off- island excursions. Contact 322-9924.
