Jerome Mansinon, Sr., 62, of Hilo died Jan. 17 at home. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired mason. Services will be held at a later date. Survived by sons, Jerome (Tammi) Mansinon, Jr. of Hilo, Mario Mansinon of New Mexico; sisters, Geraldine (Philip) Relator of Honolulu, Stella (Melvin) Young of Honolulu, Sandra (Edward) Matias of Honolulu, Yolanda (Thomas) Blackwell of Honolulu, Gwendolyn (Dennis “Buzzy”) Makua of Honolulu; brothers, Ronald (Lidian) Mansinon of California, James (Ioane) Mansinon of Honolulu, Frances (Rozlyn) Mansinon of Honolulu, John (Agnes) Mansinon of Honolulu; hanai sister, Shannon (Barry) Figueroa of Honolulu; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, nieces, nephews and cousins. Lawson Dwight Arakaki, 67, of Pearl City, Oahu, died Dec. 29 in Aiea, Oahu. Born in Kohala, he was employed by Ferguson Waterworks and a member of the Broke “D” Club. Friends may call 5 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel, Oahu; service at 6:30; Survived by wife, Paula Arakaki; sons, Paul M.K. (Chermaine) Arakaki, James L.T. (Valerie) Arakaki, David P.S. (Marveen) Arakaki; daughters, Michele K.K. Arakaki, Hope M.E. (Paul) Helsham, Renee T.L.
