Couple arrested for burglary
Police arrested a Pahoa man and woman for a burglary Tuesday in the Hawaiian Beaches subdivision.
Micah Lopez, 34, and Nicole Kruse, 19, are accused of taking the entry door and an air conditioner from a home on Ono Street. Police said the items were valued at $468.
Lopez was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and violating parole. His bail was set at $35,000 and he is scheduled to make his initial court appearance today.
Kruse was charged with first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Her bail was set at $7,000 and her initial court appearance was scheduled for Thursday.
