Golf carts stolen in Kona

The white E-Z-Go RXV golf carts, each valued at more than $6,000, were reportedly taken from Makalei Golf Course at 72-390 Hawaii Belt Rd. in Kailua-Kona on June 22 or 23.

The carts may each display a 3-inch by 3-inch sticker. One had the number 27 and the other had the number 35.

Anyone with information is asked to call Officer Jeremy Riddle at 326-4646, ext 253. Those who prefer anonymity can call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
