Hawaii Medical Service Association broke ground Thursday to begin construction on a new Keaau building to consolidate its Hilo call center, customer service, and sales departments in one location. Located at the corner of Old Volcano and Keaau-Pahoa roads, the 20,000-square-foot complex is expected to be ready at the end of 2014.
