Police have arrested and charged a 45-year-old Hilo man for allegedly stealing several items from a business on either April 16 or 17. Items stolen include two Lincoln welders, a Ford flatbed truck and miscellaneous tools.
Frank Eblacas, of no permanent address, was charged Friday with second-degree theft, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison. His bail was set at $10,000.
