Production starts on 4th season of Hawaii Five-0
HONOLULU (AP) — Production is starting on the fourth season of the CBS TV series “Hawaii Five-0.”
Executive Producer Peter Lenkov will gather with the cast and crew for a traditional Hawaiian blessing Wednesday to celebrate the start of a new season.
The show is a contemporary take on a classic series about an elite crime-fighting team starting actors Alex O’Loughlin and Daniel Dae Kim.
Production is returning to the Diamond Head soundstage, which was home to the original show.
The 1929 Honolulu Advertiser building that was headquarters for the show’s previous productions was sold to a developer.
CBS is planning a September premier on Waikiki beach.
