Tatsuki Kusunoki, 92, of Holualoa died July 12 at Nakamaru Hale in Holualoa. Born in Kealakekua, he was a retired mason and coffee farmer; a member of the mason’s union, Kahaluu Kumiai, Hiroshima Kenjin Kai and Daifukuji Soto Mission. Bunichi “Butch” Usagawa, 92, of Hilo died Aug. 14 at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired state forest ranger and member of Kaumana 1 Mile Kumiai and Palm Society.
