Ann Louise Bracher, 70, of Ketchum, Idaho, formerly of Hilo and Puako, died June 24 at home. Born in Spokane, Wash., she was a volunteer at Hilo Hospital and Hilo craft center. Private service. Survived by a brother, Randall Bracher; sister-in-law, Chris Bracher of Ketchum, Idaho; a niece and nephew.

Kahea “Uncle Tata” Nawailohi Cacoulidis, 21, Kealakekua died June 23 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Hilo, he was a chef at the Korner Pocket Bar and Grill in Kealakekua and a prep person at Taco Del Mar. Friends may call 9 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Chapel in Waimea; service at 11 a.m. Casual attire. Survived by father, Shannon Cacoulidis of Kamuela; mother, Terry Cunningham of Kealakekua; brothers, Keone Santos of Mountain View and Kelsan Cacoulidis of Kamuela; sisters, Keli Reny of Kealakekua, Latasha Harrison of Kohala and Brittany Harrison of Kamuela; hanai sister, Mahina Akiona of Kona; paternal grandmother, Loretta (Michael Okunami) Cacoulidis of Honokaa; a grandson, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Ronald T. Nakamori, 67, of Hilo died June 8 at the Queen’s Medical Center. Born in Hilo. Private service. No koden. Survived by wife, Aileen Nakamori; sons, Cory Nakamori and Brian Nakamori; sister, Diana Nakamori; and two grandchildren. Arrangements by Moanalua Mortuary.

Sumiko Nishimori, 83, of Honolulu died June 17 at Kaiser Foundation Hospital on Oahu. Born in Paauhau, she was a retired housemaid. Private service. No koden. Survived by brothers, Masayoshi (Michiko) of Paauhau, George of Kawaihae, and Yohio (Marlene) of Kentucky; sisters, Mae (Ray) Walters of Nebraska, Florence Higa of Honolulu, Sonja (Ted) Gumbs of Hilo, and Jane (Warren) Miyasaki of Hilo. Kimiko Oda, 94, of Hilo died June 23 at Good Samaritan Hospital, San Jose, Calif. Born in Hilo, she was a member of Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin and Hawaii Shima Hiroshima Kenji Kai. Private service. Survived by daughters, Lorraine (George) Hatada and Kathleen (Robert) Hope, both of California; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Setsuko Shimazu, 85, of Hilo died June 26 at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Honolulu, she was retired from Hilo Medical Center as a nurse’s aide, and member of the Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin. Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel in Hilo; service at 2 p.m. Casual attire. Survived by daughters, Sandra Shimazu of Los Angeles, Calif., and Sybil (Reuben Neubauer) Shimazu of Laihana, Maui; sisters, Sumiko Ikeda of Honolulu and Elsie Mochizuki of Kailua-Kona; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. Tadashi “Dick” Shiraishi, 95, of Hilo died June 28 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Puna, he was retired owner of the former Hilo Blueprint & Supply Ltd. and member of Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin. Friends may call 4-5 p.m. Tuesday at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo; memorial service at 5 p.m. Casual attire. No koden (monetary gifts).
