Jason Matthew Saks, 43, Waimea, died Oct. 31 at home. Born in Denver, he was a resident manager. Memorial service 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23 at Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club at Honokohau Harbor. Elaine Kazuko Sumiyoshi, 89, of Hilo died Nov. 10 at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in Manchuria, China, she was a minister for Tenrikyo Puna Church. Private services. Survived by daughter, Seiko (Kenichi) Osanai of Tokyo, Japan; two brothers; two sisters; three grandchildren. Arrangements by Homelani Cremation Services.
