Kathryn “Kathy” Ann Rush, 68, of Kailua-Kona died Aug. 30 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, she retired after 45 years of service from Liberty House and Macy’s. Private services to be held. Survived by brother, Hank (Reba Mae) Silva of Holualoa; sister, Joy (Steve Haney) Foster-Haney of Kailua-Kona; nephews, four grand-nephews and a grand-niece.
