Team Abunai No Ka Oi captured the U16-19 title during HYSA’s Maui No Ka Oi Soccer Tournament held June 20-23 on Maui. Team Abunai, a Hilo team, was the only AYSO squad to enter the tourney and it finished unbeaten.
Players included Kylie Robertson, Kera Akiyama, Nathalie Orevillo, Keisha Sato, Tiana Iwata, Savannah Toussaint, Jayla Nakayama, Lolly Higa, Taylor Pacheco, Shayla Iwata, Rachel Robertson, Alyssa McGuire, Teisha Nacis and McKenna Davidson. The head coach was Nathan Orevillo with assistants Jason Nakayama, Richard Maeda and Leisha Robertson.
