Hilo Mustang Black All-Stars to test PONY prowess

<p>The Hilo Mustang Black All-Stars will travel to West Hawaii this weekend to play Kailua-Kona in a PONY Baseball tournament. The winner earns the island’s second berth to the state (ages 9-10) tournament, June 28-July 2 at Walter Victor Stadium. On the team are, left to right, front row: Deylan Okinaka, Charles L.
