Online Extra: Konawaena rallies to beat Honokaa
Down seven runs in the top of the seventh, Konawaena’s baseball team erupted for 13 runs Thursday at Honokaa’s Parks and Recreation complex, carrying the Wildcats to a 14-8 win over Honokaa in a Big Island Interscholastic Federation game.
Konawaena improved to 1-0 in the BIIF and 2-0 overall. Honokaa dropped to 0-2, 0-4.

Pahoa at Kamehameha: The Daggers forfeited this game because they did not have enough players to compete. As a result, Kamehameha improved to 3-0 in the BIIF and 4-1 overall. Pahoa dropped to 0-1, 0-4.
