UH needs wins, help
It's now or never for the University of Hawaii men's volleyball team.
The Warriors need victories against Cal San Diego today and Saturday to keep their postseason hopes alive. Hawaii also needs Cal State Northridge to lose at No. 2 Long Beach State on Saturday to secure a spot in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation playoffs.
History is on the Warriors' side. Hawaii (9-16, 8-14) owns a 47-4 all-time series against the Tritons (7-20, 4-14), who have lost nine of 10 heading into the season-ending series in La Jolla, Calif.
Cal Northridge already missed once chance at clinching the eighth playoff spot, losing to Cal Irvine on Wednesday,
