Notes: The Vulcans start a season-high 12 game homestand coming off a sweep against Hawaii Pacific on Saturday in Honolulu. … As of late, the top of the order for UHH has been clicking. Junior Rebecca Lee leads the team with a .417 batting average and 18 RBIs, while junior Kristina Victa and sophomore Colleen Aubrey are hitting .363 and .347, respectively. Cleanup hitter Emily Greene, a sophomore, leads the way with five home runs to go along with 16 RBIs. … Like Lee and Victa, junior right-hander Vanessa Salinas also has shined in her first season with the Vuls, going 8-4 with a 1.72 ERA. …

However, while UHH hits .272 as a team with eight home runs, the Red Storm sport a .339 average and 17 homers. Dixie State boasts a quartet of .400 hitters, including senior Anna Cue (.414), who’s belted seven home runs with 22 RBIs from the left side of the plate. Courtney Hine hits 460 and Kylee Bufton is at .431. … Michelle Duncan (5-2, 3.37 ERA) and Mattie Snow (5-3, 2.68) have combined to start every game for Dixie State this season.
