HPA girls win
Haley Dow scored two goals to lead a balanced attack as Hawaii Prep blanked Keaau 7-0 on Monday.
The Big Island Interscholastic Federation girls soccer match was played in Waimea.
Marlie Mandaguit, Gabbie Ewing, Bri Vallente, Kaui Taylor and Teia Knoll each added a goal for Ka Makani (4-0).
Hawaii Prep goalies Morgan Monahan and Taimane Kamaka combined on the shutout. against the Cougars(1-1-1).
In the boys match, Ka Makani (3-0-1) defeated the Cougars 4-2.
Zen Simone, Braden Kojima, Alex Brost and Justin Perry each scored a goal for Hawaii Prep. Austin Schneider had two assists for the hosts.
Justin Quesada and Richard Hatori-Kanakaole scored for Keaau (1-3).
