Officers responded to a 2:30 a.m. report Tuesday of a robbery at a Hawaiian Paradise Park home.
The 80-year-old male occupant told police a man whose face was masked by fabric entered his 1st Avenue home off Makuu Drive, brandished what appeared to be a firearm and threatened the elderly man.
Police say the suspect then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, 6-foot-2, 140 pounds with brown eyes and a long, thin face. He was wearing baggy brown pants and a short-sleeved, multi-colored shirt.
