Fitness for Life announces the course schedule for its spring session at the University of Hawaii at Hilo.
“A new year begins, and with it opportunities to jumpstart one’s body or learn something new,” said spokeswoman Alyson Kakugawa-Leong.
Now in its 10th year, the UHH College of Continuing Education and Community Service program continues to offer diversified classes at affordable costs.
Registration is under way, with some classes beginning this week.
The consistently popular courses such as paddling, Pilates, gardening and Japanese taiko drumming return, while new classes such as beekeeping, French for travelers, and modern dance have been added.
