Pahala Public and School Library will close temporarily from Monday through Feb. 23 due to a staffing shortage. The book drop will be closed beginning at 2:30 p.m. today. The library and book drop are scheduled to reopen on Friday, Feb. 24.
During the closure, patrons are encouraged to use the Naalehu Public Library.
