NFL football players and cheerleaders will hold NFL Pro Bowl Youth Clinics for Big Island intermediate and high school students at two different sites this week. They are:

* Tuesday, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at Kealakehe High School.

* Wednesday, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at Keaau High School.

Players and cheerleaders will also visit for an assembly before the clinics. The NFL Pro Bowl Youth Clinics, now in their 10th year, “focus on motivating our youth to realize their dreams and to maximize their potential,” a spokesperson said.

“In the past years, players and cheerleaders from the NFL teams have come to the Big Island to present our children with inspirational messages and positive skills training.”
