A United States Soccer Federation entry-level referee clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 11-12, while a recertification clinic will be held 5-6:30 p.m. Feb. 11.
Both clinics will be held at Hilo High School, Classroom BB-202.
Referee candidates for the entry-level class are required to attend both days, pay an $85 fee to the Hawaii Soccer Referee Association and are asked to watch USSF videos online to prepare.
